The Idleez Idli Steamer is a
convenient way to steam idlis and vegetables. This
product, marketed exclusively by Inno Concepts and our dealers, is the modern
cook's idli solution. Just pour the batter into the
easy-to-clean non-stick idli plates, set the timer
for 20 min, and sit back and relax until the hot, delicious idlis are done. The non-stick idli
plates ensure that the idlis are easily removed for
quick consumption!

These non-stick idli plates can be used in either electric steamers or with
other steamers. The idli plates are constructed
from stainless steel and coated on both sides with best quality triple coat
of non-stick coating. The high quality coating on both sides ensures even
steaming and hot idlis almost slide right out of
the idli plate into your dinner plate. Cook with
little or no oil.

Suggestions for Use:
- Add water to the base container up to
the mark (lower level for idlies and higher
level for rice)
- Do not add salt, pepper, or seasonings
to the water reservoir.
- Place drip tray in base and make sure
it fits right.
- Use bottom bowl only or both bowls.
- Lift the three-plate set with center
stem and place it inside the bottom steamer bowl. Place the two-plate
set in the upper steamer bowl.
- For steaming rice or vegetables, place
the items in the bowl(s) and close the lid.
- Set the timer to required time. (eg. 20 minutes for idlies
and 35 minutes for the rice)
- If the cooking is not done, set the
timer for more minutes.
- Unplug the unit and wait for a minute
before opening the lid.
- Remove the Idli
plate set and separate the plates
- Use a plastic spoon or spatula to
remove the idlies.
- Follow the instructions in the manual
to clean the unit
- Can be used on the dining table to
serve hot idlies.
- Built in safety switch and thermal fuse
for safety.

Suggestions for Use:
- Wash the idli
plates with soap and water.
- Use oil the first couple of times to
season the plates
- Do not use the plates in dishwasher.
- Do not use any abrasives or scouring
pads to clean the plates.
- Do not use metal spoons or other
abrasive cutlery to remove the idlies.
- Use plastic spoons or wooden spoons to
remove the idlies.
- No need to spray Pam or oil on the
plates each time you use.
