Shipping time / Processing time:

Once we receive your order, we ship the items in two working days under normal conditions. The transit time by UPS or Fedex is 3-7 working days depending on your location. We email you the tracking number once we ship and you can track your package at the shipping company's website. The tracking number is posted on your order page along with the shipping company name. Please remove the shipping company name when you are tracking the package and use only the tracking number.

If you enter the shipping address wrong or if the consignee asks UPS or FedEx to deliver the packages to a different address, the shipping company charges us additional charges. So we will charge the customer $10 for address correction or address change charges.

When we ship by USPS, it normally takes 5 working days for the spare parts and about 7 working days for the bookpost (for books). When we ship by USPS regular mail, there is no tracking number. We recommend you to choose UPS or Fedex ground shipping, if your shipment is time critical and you need a tracking number.

Commercial appliances and Tandoor ovens are shipped as LTL shipments by truck due to their size and weight. The shipping rates also vary by the zip code. So please contact us for a quote on the s&H charges. $60 extra charge for residential delivery and $60 extra for inside delivery and $60 extra for address corrections.
