Warranty Information

At iNNo Concepts Inc., we take pride in Quality merchandise, Customer service, and Prompt delivery. Our products are manufactured with the best quality materials. We test each product before it is shipped to the customer. We are certain that you will be satisfied with our product. If you are not satisfied with our product, we will assist you promptly.

ULTRA grinders that were purchased in India are not covered under warranty in USA. For those units, the warranty is covered only in India. Please contact the store where you bought the unit in India. We will be glad to service the units bought in India for a nominal service charge. For details, call us at 770-594-1815.

If you had purchased iNNo Concepts products such as ULTRA wetgrinders, Meenumix Mixie, Idleez Idli steamer set, you can register your product with iNNo Concepts either by mailing your "Warranty Registration Card" or through online registration.

Warranty Service is provided by iNNo Concepts Inc. at their 115 Hill Street service facility. We require that customers follow product return instructions described below to avail warranty services. Local dealers are not equipped and are not obligated to provide warranty service. However, we will try to provide warranty service through our local dealers if possible (if it is a minor repair and the dealer in your area is equipped and trained to perform minor repairs). We do not promise guaranteed warranty service at your local dealer. Call iNNo Concepts at 770-594-1815 first if we can help you with our local dealer. The warranty applies to the original purchase from iNNo Concepts Inc.

iNNo Concepts Inc. warrants ULTRA Grind+ (wet grinders) for normal home use, against any manufacturingdefect, for two years from the date of purchase. For commercial use the warranty is for 30 days.

iNNo Concepts Inc. warrants ULTRA Pride+ (wet grinders) for normal home use, against any manufacturingdefect, for one year from the date of purchase. For commercial use the warranty is for 30 days.

iNNo Concepts Inc. warrants IDLEEZ or idli plate sets for normal home use against any manufacturing defect, for one year from the date of purchase. For commercial use, the warranty is for 30 days.

iNNo Concepts Inc. warrants Pigeon pressure cookers or Pressure pans for normal home use, against any manufacturing defect for one year from the date of purchase. For commercial use the warranty is valid for 30 days.

iNNo Concepts Inc. warrants INNOMIX / Meenumix mixie for normal home use, against any manufacturing defect, for three years for the motor and one year for the parts from the date of purchase. For commercial use the warranty is for 30 days.

iNNo Concepts Inc. warrants CHEFMASTER Chapathi maker for normal home use, against any manufacturing defect, for three years from the date of purchase. For commercial use the warranty is for 30 days.

iNNo Concepts Inc. warrants CHEFMASTER Electric Tawa for normal home use, against any manufacturing defect, for one year from the date of purchase. For commercial use the warranty is for 30 days.

iNNo Concepts Inc. warrants commercial appliances - Santha 3 L and 5 L tilting wetgrinders (wet grinders), Grindeurs -ECGC-30, ECGC-40 or ECGC-65 commercial grinders, Commercial tilting idli, dosa grinders ICGC-30, ICGC-40 or ICGC-65 wetgrinders, Rishaab 10L tilting wet grinders, Pulverizers, Commercial Idli chambers - for normal commercial use according to the operating instructions, against any manufacturing defect for one year from the date of purchase.

For other products, the warranty period is stated in respective product description pages. Warranty service for these products are covered by the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer directly regarding warranty service for these products.

iNNo Concepts will assist the customer if there is any difficulty getting warranty service from the manufacturer when the product is warranted directly by the manufacturer such as Chef Art Tortillamakers.

For the products covered by iNNo Concepts, if the product is not repairable, iNNo Concepts has the option to replace the product with a similar or equivalent unit or component.

If the product needs to be serviced during the warranty period , please follow the instructions detailed in the Product Return Instructions for prompt repair service.

If the product needs service after the warranty period, it will be repaired for a reasonable charge. The limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser purchased only from Inno Concepts or its authorized dealers or authorized webmalls and is not valid for resale. Appliances bought in India are not covered under Inno Concepts warranty.

This warranty shall not apply to shipping damages not reported on time, normal wear and tear, or if the product has been involved in an accident, intentionally damaged, or misused (read instruction manual before use).

The maximum liability for iNNo Concepts is the cost of the unit stated in the original invoice. Under no circumstances is iNNo Concepts responsible for any loss or damage, direct or consequential, resulting from the use of the product. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied (statuary or otherwise) and of all other obligations on iNNo Concepts part.
